Ordering/Shipping Policy
  • Please place all orders thru the Shopping Cart on our Website. Please follow all instructions on every page of the shopping cart.

  • PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ORDERS THAT PROVIDE US WITH A WORKING/VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE PROCESSED - ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH A NON-WORKING E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY!

  • We ONLY COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS for multiple item orders (4 or more cars-1:64 scale only). To receive combined shipping costs, please place your order of 4+ items thru our website, then refer to instructions below.

  • Orders Containing Multiple Items (4+) - Once we have received your order, you will receive 2 confirmation e-mails, the 1st being automated from our website- the 2nd being actual confirmation of amount owed by you for your order with Combined Shipping. 

  • Orders containing Multiple (4+) Items - Once you have received your 2nd confirmation e-mail then you may send payment for your order. PLEASE DO NOT pay thru PayPal until you have received your 2nd e-mail order confirmation from us with your new correct total.   PLEASE NOTE: If PayPal payment is made/sent before 2nd confirmation e-mail is sent by us with Correct Combined Shipping Total, customer forfeits Combined Shipping and there will be no refund's granted.

  • No COD's accepted.

We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post. Since shipping costs are now included in item prices, we will choose the most efficient shipping method for the item ordered. Items will be packaged carefully and shipped the quickest and most cost efficient method available.

  • Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.
  • Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping costs and shipping time.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do ship internationally, but shipping costs will be determined by actual Postal costs plus a $2.00 handling fee.

Order Processing

  • Orders received before 1 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed, once payment is received, within 24 hours. Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed, once payment is received, within 48 hours. All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Our transportation partners do not operate on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order. Tracking information will be provided if available.

Weekend delivery
We try to ship all orders the Same Day we receive payment for them. In the event that we are away for the weekend for one of our Road Shows we will be unable to process any orders. Orders will be processed on the day we return from our Road Show. Please refer to our Calendar for a listing of those dates.

Alaska, Hawaii, and all International Shipments
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and All International Shipments will require additional shipping fees and additional shipping time.
