Return Policy

How do I return something to CScollectibles?

At CScollectibles , we stand behind our merchandise 100%.  

                                                                                                                            

When returning items:                                                         

1. All returns Must be pre-approved. Please e-mail or call us the same day you receive your package to report any problems.

2. All returned items must be in the Original, Unopened, Untampered with Packaging and returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If insurance was not purchased returns will be at our discretion and accepted only if item/packaging was not damaged in the initial shipping. CScollectibles is not responsible for damage to uninsured orders. Due to previous abuses of this policy, all items are photographed just prior to being packed and shipped.  

3. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. All returns, other than defective items, will be temporarily accepted and either accepted or rejected upon inspection. You will be notified within 3 business days, of our receipt of returned merchandise, whether your return will be accepted.  

4. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise. If it is determined that items will not be accepted, due to used condition, you will have 3 days to pay for return shipping back to you and refund will not be issued. If return shipping is not paid for within those 3 days the Postal Service will be notified and Mail Fraud papers will be filed. 

5. If you have received a defective item from us, please contact us immediately (same day you receive items) via e-mail or phone. Upon our approval, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please keep in mind that not all items will be available for replacement. If we have a replacement item available you will receive the new item within 10 days of our receipt of original defective item. If we do not have a replacement item we will issue a refund for the defective merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs for sending defective items back to us is your responsibility.

6. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense for any and all returns, regardless of reason.

7. Refunds will be issued within 30 days once returned items are received by us and deemed in acceptable condition.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

If insurance is not purchased/requested at time of purchase, CScollectibles is not liable for shipping damages.

If insurance is purchased, please notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Then notify us to report the problem. We may be able to replace the damaged merchandise. If item is available.
