If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it (if product is available) or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Due to the highly collectible nature of our products not all items will be available for replacement. Simply e-mail or call us immediately, the same day you receive your package, upon inspection of your products. Upon our final approval, simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and Original, Unopened, Untampered with packaging within 3 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. We do however, always reserve the right to refuse a returned item if item looks tampered with, opened, or in any way is not in the same Original Shipped Condition. Insurance for returned items is highly recommended and ALL shipping/insurance charges are the customers responsibility, that includes shipping charges for returned items and returned items that may be refused due to tampering/damage.
